We’re an emerging startup with a mission to revolutionize sustainability education for high school students. Our goal is to create an engaging, impactful, and accessible learning platform that empowers the next generation with essential knowledge and skills for a sustainable future. We’re looking for a driven, creative, and passionate co-founder to join us in building this vision from the ground up.

The Role:

As a Co-Founder, you’ll be instrumental in shaping our startup’s direction, curriculum, and growth strategy. You’ll work directly with the founding team to develop innovative content, expand our platform, and connect with educators, students, and sustainability experts. This role is perfect for someone with a genuine passion for sustainability, education, and the startup world, who’s ready to take on responsibilities across various functions to bring our project to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Development: Co-create engaging, curriculum-aligned sustainability content for high school students, ensuring it’s both informative and inspiring.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate on building a clear roadmap for the startup, from content development to partnership outreach and fundraising strategies.
Operations & Project Management: Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the timely delivery of tasks and milestones.
Community Building: Help build a network of educators, students, and sustainability advocates to support and promote our platform.
Partnership Development: Identify and establish relationships with schools, nonprofits, and other organizations that align with our mission.
Marketing & Outreach: Design and implement strategies to raise awareness, attract users, and build an active, engaged community.

Qualifications:

Passion for Sustainability & Education: Deep interest in sustainability issues and a commitment to making a positive impact through education.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: Eagerness to work in a startup environment, with a proactive attitude and a creative approach to problem-solving.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas effectively and engage with a diverse audience.
Collaboration & Leadership: Ability to work well in a small team, take initiative, and lead projects from concept to completion.
Flexibility & Adaptability: Willingness to take on varied responsibilities and adapt as the startup evolves.

Preferred Experience:

Background in environmental science, education, business, or a related field (either through work, education, or personal projects).
Experience with content development, curriculum design, or educational technology is a plus.
Familiarity with sustainability frameworks, topics, and trends.

Job Title: MBA Intern Sustainability Education
Location: Hybrid (with potential for in-person work as needed) – Bangalore
Commitment: Full-time

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated MBA Intern to join our team in developing and promoting sustainability education programs for K9-K12 and college students. This role combines a passion for sustainability with business acumen, focusing on curriculum development, program delivery, and driving sales and partnerships. The intern will play a key role in shaping the next generation’s understanding of sustainability while building strategic relationships with educational institutions and organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Development and Delivery

Assist in designing and refining sustainability education modules tailored to K9-K12 and college audiences.
Collaborate with educators and subject matter experts to create engaging, age-appropriate, and interactive content.
Support the delivery of workshops, webinars, and training sessions for students and educators.

2. Business Development and Sales

Identify and target potential schools, colleges, and educational organizations for program adoption.
Develop and implement strategies to promote sustainability programs, increasing outreach and sales.
Build relationships with key stakeholders, including school administrators, teachers, and corporate partners.
Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients and partners to secure new business opportunities.

3. Market Research and Strategy

Conduct market analysis to identify trends, needs, and opportunities in sustainability education.
Benchmark competitors and contribute to the positioning of our programs to stay ahead in the market.
Provide insights into pricing, promotion, and delivery strategies to maximize impact and revenue.

4. Metrics and Reporting

Track and analyze sales performance and program adoption metrics.
Provide regular reports and recommendations to the management team to refine strategies.

Qualifications:

Completed an MBA with a focus on Marketing, Sales, Sustainability, or Education.
Strong interest in sustainability and a passion for educating future generations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Proven ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Sales experience or demonstrated aptitude in business development is a plus.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
